BRING 1C. QUINOA AND 2C. WATER TO A BOIL . LOWER TO A SIMMER UNTIL THE WATER IS GONE, ABOUT 12 MINS.

WHEN WARM, POUR ON OLIVE OIL TO COAT, JUICE OF 1 LEMON, SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.

ADD:
SHREDDED RED CABBAGE
HEMP SEEDS
OLIVES
SCALLIONS
RAW CASHEWS
CORN
