SAUSAGE & PEPPER WRAPS WITH AVOCADO



EASY! DELISH! READY?
1. Broil sausages or chicken sausage for 12 minutes each side.  Cool a bit and slice on a diagonal.

2.Sautee 1 huge onion and 2 sliced peppers in a pan with oil.

3. Slice an avoacdo.

4.  Lay the sliced sausage, onion and peppers & avocado in a wrap and roll up!  Thanks Udis-your tortillas were great!

FABULOUS CHICKEN SAUSAGE


Premio Chicken Sausage $0.55 off Premio Chicken Sausage or Pork Coupon

HEAT 2T. AVOCADO OR OLIVE OIL IN A SKILLET.  ADD 4 SLICED PEPPERS (I USED RED AND YELLOW) AND 1 SLICED ONION.  PAN FRY UNTIL NICE AND BROWNED IN SPOTS.

LINE A JELLYROLL PAN WITH NONSTICK FOIL AND LAY THE PREMIO CHICKEN SAUSAGES ON IT.  BROIL 10-12 MINUTES EACH SIDE UNTIL BROWNED.  ADD TO PEPPERS AND ONIONS AND SERVE!

MINI SAUSAGE & CHEESE CALZONES


INGREDIENTS:
1 PACKAGE OF PILLSBURY GRANDS BISCUITS
SAUCE OF YOUR CHOICE (CLICK HERE FOR AN EASY HOMEMADE ONE!)
SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
SAUSAGE (I USED CHICKEN SAUSAGE)
1/2 ONION, CHOPPED
1 CELERY STALK, CHOPPED
1 CARROT, PEELED AND CHOPPED
OIL FOR LIGHT SAUTEE

INSTRUCTIONS:
HEAT 2 T. OIL IN PAN AND ADD CELERY, ONION AND CARROT.  COOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES.  ADD SAUSAGE LINKS AND COOK UNTIL BROWN ON ALL SIDES.  SLICE LINKS ON A DIAGONAL.

FOR EACH CALZONE, YOU WILL NEED 2 BISCUITS.  FLATTEN EACH BISCUIT TO MAKE THEM A BIT LARGER.  TOP ONE HALF WITH 1-2T. SAUCE, A FEW SLICES OF SAUSAGE AND SOME CHEESE.  TOP WITH THE OTHER BISCUIT AND CRIMP THE SIDES WITH A FORK.  LAY ON A SHEET LINED WITH NONSTICK FOIL AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 15-17 MINUTES UNTIL BROWNED!
